poor food quality excessive minibar pricing

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful .

The food quality was disappointing. It didn't justify the high prices. the minibar pricing was excessive. IT Was like I was constantly being overcharged for mediocre offerings.

The staff attitude bothered ME. they didn't always seem like they wanted to help. Sometimes, I had to wait a long time to get help. everything cost SO much money. twenty pounds for a cocktail i thought was excessive.

charmed by chic!

private beach wide choice

i really liked the private beach, so clean and relaxing. rooms had climate control, comfortable always. breakfast offered a wide choice, something i really liked. complimentary fruit stand was also a very nice touch.

the hotel market charged very high prices and it was not reasonable. i paid too much for simple things. it would be better to offer more fair pricing to guests.

the breakfast buffet included many selections for everyone. i saw several different cuisines for appetizers and starters. desserts and drinks looked appealing and there was also a wide choice.

this resort gives many amenities enjoyment. a fitness center is available including free wifi. the resort is also located close to bodrum marina and shopping centers, very good.

the staff were friendly at all times. i saw staff pick up guests and drop them off by cart. beach staff comes to lay out towels and sunbeds and can order drinks.

the rooms are spacious and finely decorated with good design. bed linen and towels are changed without problems. water, coffee, and tea are replenished every day, so useful for us.
